  From an early age, Jeff showed a remarkable talent for management, quickly excelling in his career. He managed several Dunkin' Donuts stores for the Andrade Corporation, opening multiple locations and eventually rising to the position of training to be a general manager. This experience laid the foundation for Jeff's future endeavors, instilling in him the essential skills of leadership, organization, and strategic thinking.

  Driven by his passion for the medical field, Jeff decided to pursue a career in optics. He delved deep into the study of optics, specializing in specialty contact lens fitting for Keratoconus. Jeff's dedication paid off, as he became a licensed optician in the state of Connecticut, equipped with the knowledge and expertise to provide exceptional eye care to his patients.

  During his studies, Jeff's curiosity led him to explore the fascinating world of color vision in pelagic species. This exploration would prove to be a turning point in his life, as it ignited his love for fishing and paved the way for his renowned tackle manufacturing business. Drawing on his extensive knowledge of optics and his passion for angling, Jeff became one of the leading manufacturers of tackle in the big game fishing world. His tackle designs, rooted in scientific understanding, proved to be lethal and led to numerous tournament victories.

  In 2018, Jeff decided to take his entrepreneurial journey to the next level. He retired from his optician career and dedicated himself fully to his companies. Leveraging his expertise and experience, Jeff developed three signature companies: Lobo Lures, Ink Trendz Print Co., and LMP Optical Supply. Each company stands as a testament to Jeff's creativity, innovation, and commitment to delivering high-quality products and services.

  Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jeff is a man of diverse interests. He is an avid fisherman, finding solace and adventure on the water. His love for cars fuels his enthusiasm as a car enthusiast, and he is always on the lookout for the latest automotive trends. Additionally, Jeff embraces his role as a family man, cherishing the time spent with his wife Kelly and kids Oakley and Lakelyn, creating lifelong memories together.
